📋 Description

• Translate product requirements into clean, modern, and human-centric UI/UX flows that prioritize ease, clarity, and empathy for healthcare users. • Improve and maintain Align, Steer Health’s design system: ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints. • Apply accessibility-by-default design principles (WCAG practices, contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, clear hierarchy). • Create high-fidelity screens, design components, and prototypes for web + mobile, tablet products. • Improve and maintain Steer Health’s design system (Align) with scalable, reusable components. • Contribute strong visual direction in typography, layout, iconography, color systems, micro-interactions. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation. • Conduct quick user tests, iterate on feedback, and ensure design decisions align with business goals. • Support product marketing visuals when required (dashboards, screens, imagery)

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or digital products. • Strong portfolio showcasing clean UI, visual design strength, and problem-solving ability. • Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping). • Understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility principles. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver polished output on tight timelines. • High attention to detail and strong visual taste. • Ownership, accountability, and the drive to push product quality forward. • Core Applications: Figma (primary: components, design systems, prototyping), FigJam (workflows, ideation, UX mapping). • Visual & Branding Tools: Adobe Illustrator (icons, vector assets), Adobe Photoshop (image editing, mockups), Adobe After Effects (micro-interactions, motion prototypes). • Product & Collaboration Tools: Slack (team communication), Confluence / Notion (documentation, specs), Jira or ClickUp (task management, product workflows). • Optional / Bonus: LottieFiles (animations), Midjourney (visual ideation), Galileo AI
