📋 Description

• You will lead international projects in performance and talent management from design through implementation — always with a focus on business impact, scalability and future readiness. • You will design global standards, e.g., for performance management, skill management, succession planning and leadership culture. • You will drive talent initiatives across the organization together with our People Partners and business leaders. • You will use data and insights to develop talent management in an evidence-based way. • You will prepare decision papers and present them persuasively to Senior Management and the Executive Committee. • You will identify trends, benchmarks and best practices and bring new impulses to topics such as digitalization, AI, leadership and skill management.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field. • Several years of relevant professional experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development or a related area; consulting experience is an advantage. • Strong project management skills, excellent conceptual ability and the capacity to quickly grasp complex topics. • Confident presence at all hierarchical levels and the ability to manage international, high-impact projects. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a results orientation. • Fluent English is essential; German skills are desirable; additional languages are a plus. • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 1–2 days/month).
