📋 Description

• Actively manage a prioritised backlog of performance improvement initiatives and drive investment cases from discovery to scale • Run experiments to validate SEO performance hypotheses, including SEO A/B tests and custom frameworks • Use technical and analytical expertise to identify performance improvement opportunities and combine datasets to generate insights • Coordinate delivery of SEO initiatives, liaising with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers as needed • Monitor and report on SEO performance indicators and inform initiatives with insights • Represent area of responsibility in cross-functional settings and report on quarterly objectives to senior stakeholders • Join an international SEO team of five, based in Düsseldorf or London

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical capability and expert-level SEO subject matter expertise • Minimum 3 years experience in (Enterprise) SEO (e.g., travel, e-commerce) • Proven track record in project management and strong ability to prioritise daily operational tasks • Advanced user of tools for SEO research, reporting, and diagnostics (keyword research, competitor analysis, bot analysis, scraping, auditing, traffic analysis, analytics, etc.) • Detailed understanding of datasets relevant to the SEO ecosystem • Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
