📋 Description

• Assist the Head of Legal in embedding privacy into the product development lifecycle, minimising operational privacy risks, and supporting the implementation of new internal processes arising from legislative changes. • Conduct training, raise awareness on privacy matters, and help coordinate responses to compliance queries. • Draft, negotiate, and/or review commercial contracts, marketing materials, leases, and agreements for our UK entities, including liaison with external advisors. • Draft and update contract templates, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policies. • Support the team in managing and tracking ongoing matters, deadlines, and regulatory updates.

🎯 Requirements

• LLB law degree plus LPC, or GDL plus LPC, with a commitment to a traditional training contract route. • Minimum 6 months of paralegal experience (preferably in-house), with background in data protection and commercial contracts; in-house technology experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PECR and other applicable frameworks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a ‘can do’ attitude with appetite to learn. • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
