📋 Description

• Provide residential and commercial title insurance underwriting expertise and support • Develop and grow business relationships with internal and external customers • Reviews and evaluates title searches and title insurance risk factors • Responsible for evaluating risk and exposures to determine acceptability of business • Ability to determine title insurance premiums, familiarity with terms and conditions • Provides timely responses to inquiries and effectively communicates underwriting decisions • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline • Prepares and presents both in-person and virtual education seminars • Is active and visible as subject matter expert in real estate law • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members • Individual contributor working with limited oversight • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Texas Bar • Typically requires 3+ years experience in real estate law with demonstrated real estate title knowledge
