📋 Description

• Advising clients on the introduction or expansion of cloud-based or on-premises Big Data architectures • Designing and implementing requirements analyses • Taking responsibility for end-to-end implementation, from data integration to use in analytical models and operationalization • Preparing and analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets using scalable cloud infrastructures • Preparing data for management reporting and dashboards • Working closely with Data Scientists & Data Engineers to develop analytical models, predictive analyses, and preventive countermeasures • Continuously proposing improvements to increase the efficiency of existing Big Data solutions • Expanding existing client relationships and identifying new projects for independent acquisition • Actively acquiring new clients, depending on experience and sales aptitude

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or completed vocational training in the IT field with relevant professional experience • Several years of experience with one of the major cloud platforms (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) as well as modern Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) • Project experience in cloud and Big Data architectures, for example in connection with Data Lakes • It would be ideal to have experience with real-time infrastructures, e.g., Kafka or comparable cloud services • Very good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL • Knowledge of Scala, Java, or Python is advantageous • Willingness to travel within the DACH region • Ideally initial experience in sales or client development • Preferably an existing industry-related network that can be used strategically and profitably • Fluent German (at least C1) and English
