📋 Description

• Communicate daily via phone, email and chat with customers and coworkers • Actively manage the customer support conversation queue • Effectively answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs • Understand and articulate Stio product information and processes with ease • Uphold agent performance standards in Gladly accordingly • Collaborate daily with Stio distribution centers and customers • Report to the Customer Experience Shift Managers

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Intermediate computer and typing skills required • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude • Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred • Previous experience in customer service preferred • Outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge preferred • Applicants living near a Stio Mountain Studio are strongly preferred
