📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Looker and Sheets/Excel • Analyze campaign results and A/B test outcomes, translating data into actionable recommendations • Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior, and product engagement journeys • Formulate quantitative and qualitative hypotheses about gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels • Monitor business KPIs, such as revenue, TPV, churn, and product adoption, generating alerts for deviations • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing stakeholders to execute and evaluate initiatives • Contribute to the economic and operational assessment of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimates • Ensure consistency and reliability of the data sources and dashboards used by the team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analytics or similar roles • Advanced SQL for extracting and manipulating data from large datasets • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis • Knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing) • Familiarity with financial business metrics such as TPV, margin, churn, and incremental revenue
