📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end mobile features with a focus on quality, performance and user experience. • Collaborate closely with product, design and and backend teams to ensure smooth and efficient integration. • Contribute to the evolution of the mobile architecture, promoting modern and scalable patterns. • Actively participate in the team’s agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros, etc.). • Serve as a technical reference and support the team’s continuous growth and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to technically lead complex projects and contribute to architectural decisions. • Strong command of software development and engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD, version control). • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value. • Experience mentoring and supporting the technical growth of team members. • Clear and empathetic communication across different areas of the company.
