📋 Description

• Take ownership of anti-social behaviour casework from start to finish • Ensure Stonewater’s ASB Customer Commitments are understood and delivered • Provide efficient customer journeys, resolutions and next steps • Use influencing and negotiation skills to manage challenging conversations and achieve outcomes • Prepare and present complex legal cases in civil or criminal courts • Collaborate with Police, Local Authority, Mental Health Services, mediation partners and legal services partners • Travel to court hearings and visit customers and communities when required • Participate in national duty processes to triage cases • Use data and behavioural insights to propose service innovations and deliver change • Develop specialist professional knowledge of anti-social behaviour • Build customer confidence in digital channels and use new digital tools to deliver excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of managing anti-social behaviour cases • Experience of developing and working in partnership with external stakeholders • Understanding of the law and relevant legislation around managing housing, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding • Experience of using the Harm based approach to ASB triage • Experience of safeguarding and managing cases involving people with specialist and complex needs • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to positively influence and negotiate outcomes • Skills in adopting new digital solutions and innovations and experience of delivering change • Experience of partnership working to meet customer needs and manage complex multi-agency relationships • Experience of preparing complex case files for court and presenting cases in civil or criminal courts • Ability to problem-solve effectively and find innovative customer solutions • Ability to prioritise and manage a complex caseload • Experience of using mediation or conflict resolution services • Appointment subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check • Satisfactory references required • Possession of a valid Right to Work document • Ability to travel to court hearings and customer/community visits when required
