• Manage sales and lettings activity across allocated new-build schemes • Ensure homes are marketed effectively and minimise void periods • Support sustainable tenancies and deliver strong sales performance • Progress sales through completion while liaising with solicitors, IFAs, and other stakeholders • Provide a professional, supportive, and seamless customer journey • Maintain regular contact with customers throughout their journey • Support customers post move-in in line with aftercare policies • Attend site visits, inspections, customer move-ins, and development meetings • Work with Development Managers and delivery partners • Ensure readiness for handover and maintain accurate scheme knowledge • Audit rent accounts and verify contractual documentation • Develop local lettings plans and adhere to S106 requirements where applicable • Act as a key contact for external partners involved in sales and lettings
• Experience in housing, lettings, sales, or property development • Understanding of tenancy management, conveyancing, or development handovers • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage complex workloads • Good IT skills and ability to manage data and reporting • Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, if applicable • Satisfactory references • Possession of a valid Right to Work document • May require specific qualifications, skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing • Flexibility to travel to sites across Somerset, Dorset and Devon and additional locations when needed
