âą Fluent English, and it is essential that you have professional fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German âą Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role âą Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain software clearly and confidently to a range of customers âą A structured, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and follow-ups at once âą Good commercial instinct, with the ability to spot risks, identify opportunities, and help customers get real value from the platform âą Confidence working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Support âą Comfort using systems and tools to stay organised, track progress, and make sound decisions
