📋 Description

• Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system • Create structured proof, claims and module libraries for AI agents and workflows • Build and maintain an agent-readable proof library containing case studies, outcomes, client examples, permissions and confidentiality notes • Build and maintain an approved claims library with supporting evidence and permission limits • Create and maintain reusable pitch and proposal modules for decks, proposals and RFP responses • Draft and produce case studies from delivery work, account notes, retrospectives and client feedback • Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposal outlines for live opportunities under senior direction • Own RFP and procurement readiness materials • Create service one-pagers, offer explainers and collateral for the AI transformation offer • Run request intake and track how materials are prioritised, produced and delivered • Define asset governance, including storage, approval, naming, versioning, refresh cycles and archiving • Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to capture proof, outcomes and examples • Build claim, permission, number and confidentiality QA into workflows • Track asset reuse, time-to-draft, proposal turnaround, commercial feedback and proof gaps • Work across leadership, commercial, account management, creative, AI operations and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong structuring and writing ability • Talent for turning messy evidence into clear, credible commercial narratives • An eye for clean, on-brand decks and collateral; able to make or direct them with AI and design tools • Genuine appetite to understand strategy, social, content, creative production and AI transformation services • Some experience, strong project work or clear self-started evidence in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, agency or consultancy marketing, content operations or adjacent work • Genuine command of AI tools, including frontier LLMs and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex-style agents or similar • Experience building AI-assisted workflows, template systems, structured libraries, knowledge bases or automations usable by others • Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration, context design and lightweight technical systems such as markdown, GitHub, Airtable, document and deck tools, or demonstrated appetite to learn quickly • Judgement about evidence, claims, permissions and confidentiality • Comfort working with senior people, tight deadlines and live commercial pressure • Strong written communication, context discipline and async working habits • Ability to work with meaningful overlap with US Pacific working hours
