📋 Description

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers, partner agencies, and customers to understand Storyblok and its capabilities, implement a headless architecture on their projects easily, and get the best out of Storyblok’s features. • Help developers understand and get value out of Storyblok by creating and maintaining developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation. • Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok and the headless approach to content management. • Helping teammates overcome obstacles, resolving blockers, and completing work tasks. • Seeking guidance to increase your own experience. Sometimes mentoring teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development. • Proven experience in technical writing and documentation. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience. • Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus. • Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus. • Working knowledge of at least one of the modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) along with its fundamental principles. • Working knowledge of Git. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • High attention to detail. • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in documentation. • Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently and comprehensively. • Ability to assume the users’ perspective to convey technical information clearly. • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. • Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
