• Lead redlining, negotiation, and ownership of SaaS enterprise sales contracts, including MSAs, GTC/ToS, NDAs, DPAs, and other legal agreements • Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, information security, and corporate risk mitigation • Review and negotiate partnership agreements with EMEA partners • Lead review and negotiation of procurement and marketing contracts globally as needed • Lead HR-related projects and provide legal support on employment and labor law topics • Draft, review, and maintain company-wide policies in line with legal requirements and governance standards • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the business on emerging risks and required adaptations • Provide legal advice and lead legal work for new product initiatives and feature launches • Develop and deliver legal training for different teams • Independently lead cross-functional legal projects and improvement initiatives across multiple regions • Improve legal processes, templates, and governance frameworks • Build and maintain legal team documentation • Support administrative and project-based work as business priorities evolve • Provide accurate and concise legal research • Drive and implement regional legal strategies supporting company growth and operations • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, Product, People, and other cross-functional teams • Support legal initiatives in AMER and contribute to global policies and aligned legal processes
• Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in Europe • 4+ years of experience primarily drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts • Experience providing in-house support to enterprise sales teams in SaaS or fast-paced technology environments strongly preferred • Experience partnering directly with Enterprise Sales teams on customer-facing commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service, and related SaaS contracts • Strong understanding of commercial contracting with deep expertise in sales contracts and legal processes • Broad and in-depth specialized knowledge of the EU legal framework • Knowledge of UK and/or U.S. law strongly preferred • Excellent English language skills • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with sales, finance, HR, and product teams • Skilled in providing concise legal advice to business teams • Ability to analyze different parties’ needs quickly and provide creative solutions • Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters end-to-end within a broader legal team structure • Ability to understand and perform in complex legal and business processes • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools while applying sound judgment and critical thinking • Proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and accountable approach
