📋 Description

• oversee the end-to-end technical landscape of Strada Global Payroll clients • collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs • provide expert guidance and support in optimizing HR technology solutions • stay updated on Strada products upgrades and best practices • moderate client-specific technical design documentation custody and regular updates

🎯 Requirements

• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • extensive experience overseeing either Workday or SuccessFactors integrations • strong understanding of integration architecture and dataflows between HCM, payroll systems and time tracking platforms • solid understanding of payroll operations with a preference in experience for SAP Payroll
