⢠Perform analysis of current client business processes using functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms and country laws ⢠Work on one or several SAP HR modules including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll, payroll, post-payroll, portal ⢠Plan parametrization and define business based on requirements gathering ⢠Monitor adaptation and parametrization of the solution to requirements ⢠Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application ⢠Monitor integrated testing and ensure proper implementation across Development, Test and Production ⢠Complete solutions with newly identified needs from requirements gathering ⢠Provide training in specialized areas and encourage team education ⢠Detect potential risks and have a global functional view of the application ⢠Solve application-environment problems using system parameters and country-specific legislation knowledge
⢠Orientation to the process of continuous improvement ⢠Knowledge of Human Resources Operations ⢠Knowledge of SAP HR Modules ⢠Advanced English and Polish skills ⢠Previous experience in Polish Payroll/HR Operations would be an asset ⢠Capacity for analysis and synthesis ⢠Ability to perform work with quality, conforming to STRADA standards ⢠Capacity to make decisions ⢠Time management: compliance with dates/deadlines ⢠Capacity to identify risks ⢠Ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously ⢠Ability to plan and optimize human and material resources for service delivery ⢠Knowledge of ERP utilities ⢠Functional reference in one or more areas relating to SAP HR
