📋 Description

• Reporting to the UKG team Lead, the UKG Solution Consultant, medior / senior level is part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining UKG time management systems and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy etc.). • Working with notable, multinational customers, he/she will ensure that the service provided by STRADA is accurate and timely. • Responsibilities will be focused on UKG time management systems and/or customer service. • This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where exposure to other workforce management tools and platforms will be gained, along with associated learning and development opportunities. • STRADA supports flexible working patterns, offering the possibility to work remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions. • Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. • Fluency in English and German • Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications.
