📋 Description

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design. • Building, modifying, and supporting all the configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager… • Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis. • Managing configuration migrations. • Supporting UKG device management. • Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions. • Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. • Fluency in English (other European languages is a plus). • Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications.
