• Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned pillar • Manage the full product lifecycle from define to measure • Coordinate with peer PMs for cross-pillar features • Partner with PMM, sales, and CS for successful launch and adoption • Communicate effectively with executives and customers
• 5 to 7 or more years in product management • At least 3 years at a B2B SaaS company in the $5M–$50M ARR range • A track record of shipping B2B SaaS features that measurably moved adoption, revenue, or retention • Real AI fluency • Comfort with technical depth • Strong written and verbal communication
