📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial statement packages for assigned properties • Record journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and amortization • Perform general ledger analysis and account reconciliations • Support timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes • Analyze financial results and prepare variance explanations • Review income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules for accuracy • Communicate with Property Management teams and internal stakeholders on financial matters • Collaborate with team members to support consistent and accurate accounting results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred • 3–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or real estate • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting • Experience with property accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar)
