📋 Description

• Work across People pillars to champion delivery across impacting projects, programs, and portfolios • Manage projects end-to-end or cross-functionally • Navigate complex organizational dynamics • Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery and adoption of high-priority initiatives • Own projects from problem definition through final recommendation • Develop and implement project plans and optimize workflows • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout projects • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls • Establish and maintain project governance compliant with standards and best practices • Prepare materials for senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and users • Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting, including at least 2 years operating within an HR team at a company • Proven track record of navigating complexity and driving results with urgency and thoughtfulness • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, and Leadership teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Airtable • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
