• Conduct detailed gap analyses for products and features against new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance. • Research and assess technical requirements to ensure business products remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations. • Create and maintain regulatory requirement matrices for all applicable jurisdictions, contributing to streamlined compliance processes. • Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, breaches, or complaints, implementing effective corrective actions. • Regularly communicate with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and certification authorities in the US and Canada to facilitate compliance audits and certifications. • Support internal audits conforming to ISO 27001 standards, including evidence collection and audit preparation. • Manage and perform audit compliance reviews, overseeing the GLI-33 – GLI-19 gaming certification program. • Oversee and guide the Change Management process, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to compliance standards. • Promote a security-conscious culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of compliance and risk management. • Leverage industry expertise to provide strategic support to operators for market entry and ongoing operations. • Work closely with other business leads to integrate necessary regulatory checkpoints in their processes and procedures. • Diligently maintain and update compliance records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and current information.
• Solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. • At least 5+ years of combined product compliance and technical experience in the online gambling industry. • Familiarity with technical aspects of iGaming platforms, including gaming software, RNG, player verification, responsible gaming features and bonus campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical compliance solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage compliance processes and documentation. • Previous experience in iGaming and Sports Betting in the US and/or Canada is a plus. • Fluency in written and verbal English.
