• Design and management of social media and influencer campaigns — from creator partnerships to viral content formats • Responsibility for building, managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.) • Further development of our CRM and retention marketing (email, push, in-app communication) to increase engagement and lifetime value • Identification and testing of new growth levers and acquisition channels (e.g., partnerships, UGC, community approaches) • Close collaboration with content, product and data teams to develop integrated growth initiatives • Analysis of performance KPIs and development of concrete recommendations for action
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a B2C or EdTech environment • Proven success in setting up and scaling campaigns across paid social, search and influencer marketing • Strong understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems and data-driven content strategies • Confident user of tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, HubSpot, Looker Studio or comparable platforms • Analytical strength combined with creativity, a willingness to experiment and a hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration • Independent, structured working style and high execution speed • Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level)
