📋 Description

• You develop, shoot and edit high-quality social content yourself — from Reels and YouTube Shorts to Story formats • You accurately identify trending topics, memes and formats and execute them with creativity and speed • You rapidly and continuously grow our social media reach and drive high-quality traffic to our free learning videos • You track KPIs, analyze content performance and derive optimizations • You lead a team of interns and working students and turn them into social media rockstars

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social media, trends, creator culture and new formats • Proven success and hands-on experience in content production (concept, camera, editing, copy, audio, thumbnail, uploading, etc.) • Strong editorial and creative skills with a good sense of storytelling and viral mechanics • Confident use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva or similar • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members • Independent, structured working approach and ability to deliver quickly • Very good German skills (minimum C2 level)
