📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for our sales activities in the DACH region — with a focus on employer branding, programmatic advertising, and IO sales. • Lead, coach, and develop a growing sales team — with plenty of room to shape the role. • Continue expanding our network with major media agencies while simultaneously strengthening direct client business. • Negotiate at eye level — whether with media decision-makers, CMOs, or heads of HR. • Stay close to the market: regularly participate in client meetings, events, and pitches. • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data to develop data-driven campaign solutions that deliver real impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong background in programmatic and IO advertising. • A strong network within the agency landscape and experience in direct client business. • Sales leadership experience — ideally including responsibility for other managers. • Hands-on mentality: you don’t just lead — you actively sell yourself. • Enjoys personal client meetings and building long-term relationships. • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in digital education. • Excellent German and English skills.
