📋 Description
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects across the Sumer Group. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations. • Lead project governance activities including status reporting, RAID management and steering group updates. • Coordinate internal technical teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions and project planning meetings. • Manage project risks, dependencies and issues through to resolution. • Support technology integration activities relating to acquisitions and onboarding of new firms. • Oversee infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and business application projects. • Ensure appropriate change management and user adoption activities are completed. • Produce project documentation including business cases, project charters, implementation plans and post-project reviews. • Track project benefits and support successful handover into operational support teams. • Contribute to the continual improvement of project management standards, templates and governance processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience delivering IT projects within a medium or large organisation. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working with third-party suppliers and managed service providers. • Strong planning, organisational and risk management skills. • Experience producing executive-level reporting and presentations. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language. • Experience within professional services, accountancy, legal or financial services organisations (Desirable). • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID (Desirable). • Experience delivering cyber security projects (Desirable). • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations (Desirable). • PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, PMP or equivalent certification (Desirable). • Familiarity with ITIL principles (Desirable).
