âą Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels. âą Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client pain points. âą Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system. âą Collaborate closely with account executives and project leads to convert qualified prospects into active clients. âą Research and identify potential business opportunities within targeted industries. âą Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients to ensure engagement. âą Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion. âą Maintain a strong understanding of the platform , features, and value propositions.
