📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of ground protection specialists, allocating tasks and resources efficiently • Oversee all aspects of ground protection projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time completion • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Conduct safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment • Document project activities from daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and all other necessary documentation as part of the protocol for each project and report status to upper management • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ground protection specialists, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork • Foster open and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs, providing project updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction • Work with truck drivers and freight brokers on an efficient execution of all product deliveries • Coordinate logistics including equipment transportation and maintenance • Oversee temporary labor on-site

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Extensive travel (Greater than 75% Nationwide) • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in developing relationships • Excellent written and verbal communicator • Strong business and technical acumen, good analytical skills • Good project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Understands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet and Wynne system • Excellent knowledge of construction equipment (forklifts, skidsteers, loaders, etc.) • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites. • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
