🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness • 3+ years of people leadership experience • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic storytelling • Expertise in building scalable, tech-enabled solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
