🎯 Requirements

• Proven knowledge and demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision and algorithmic development. • Experience in applying research to solve complex problems and translate findings into practical implementations. • Strong understanding of LLMs, VLMs and similar advancements. • Strong understanding of reinforcement learning (on-off policy, actor-critic and model based). • Proficient in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or equivalent. • Experience with (multi-modal) foundational models. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity. • Great communicator who can articulate and visually present thoughts and concepts in conversations and reports. • Decision maker with Occam’s razor being your modus operandi. • Efficient planner who can determine the most reasonable steps to follow with ease. • Must have experience: • Python • AI frameworks and platforms such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and Huggingface. • Experience with Conda, Docker, Linux, Git and Jira - or a similar tool. • Experience with AWS / GCE / Azure for AI workflows. • Good to have experience: • VLAs and VLMs. • Solid understanding and experience in robotics is a plus but not mandatory - ROS/ROS2, Behavior Trees. • Agentic AI
