📋 Description

• Lead and manage AI data creation projects day-to-day, ensuring timely and successful delivery for enterprise clients. • Develop detailed project plans, including workflows, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Monitor project scope, communicate changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations. • Collaborate with the hiring team to hire, onboard, and manage annotators to ensure they meet project-specific requirements. • Guide teams to ensure proper technical setup and workflow execution. • Communicate technical requirements and challenges effectively between annotators, clients, and internal teams. • Conduct regular spot checks and quality reviews of output to ensure data meets client standards. • Implement processes to track and improve quality metrics. • Continuously refine workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver optimal outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years managing complex, client-facing projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in AI, data annotation, or related fields. • 2+ years in a technical solutions, sales engineering, or customer-facing role within Professional Services or Systems Engineering. • Experience with coding and querying languages such as Python and SQL to conceptualize project requirements. • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to clearly manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams. • Solid grasp of AI/ML principles and workflows. • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindset. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
