📋 Description

• Own and deliver the .com product roadmap across Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Onboarding, VIP features, and core UX flows. • Define and communicate product vision aligned with Playlink’s commercial strategy. • Identify new opportunities across casino, sports betting, and player engagement. • Analyse market trends, competitor features and emerging technologies. • Lead the end-to-end delivery for new casino and sportsbook features. • Own the feature lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. • Scale and optimise the casino portfolio including 3rd party integrations. • Drive sportsbook innovation by working closely with the trading team. • Iterate rapidly on onboarding, payments, casino UX, and sportsbook flows. • Gather and integrate player feedback across all key touchpoints. • Champion product alignment across engineering, design, VIP, marketing, operations, and executives. • Translate commercial strategy into actionable product plans. • Communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Collaborate closely with Data to ensure all decisions are data-driven.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years senior product management experience within igaming. • Proven track record of high-velocity delivery. • Understanding of casino mechanics, sportsbook UX, betting markets. • Strong communication and stakeholder management. • Experience in web3 is considered a plus.
