📋 Description
• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, reporting, and budget management. • Manage and optimize campaigns from strategy through execution. • Own bidding, budgets, keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page recommendations, and A/B testing. • Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and UTM parameters. • Analyze campaign performance and produce key metrics, including CPL, CPS, CP-COCA, budget pacing, and channel performance. • Reconcile reporting across Google Ads, Meta, Five9, CallRail, and BI platforms. • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve tracking issues and improve campaign performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience. • Strong experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. • Expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. • Experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI. • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills. • Experience collaborating with developers on tracking implementations and technical issues. • Preferred: Legal industry or legal lead generation experience. • Preferred: Experience with Five9, CallRail, SEMrush, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Preferred: Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
