📋 Description
• Represent and grow individual caseload, primarily in pre-litigation • Supervise and manage associate attorneys' productivity and quality of service • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop associate attorneys and support staff • Assist with reviews and promotions, determine attorney salaries and billing rates, and recommend improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Labor & Employment law • Must be licensed and in good standing in California
