📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Architect and design scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to address business and clinical needs. • Build a physician master data framework and proof of concept solution in the short term. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance, data quality, and integration strategies. • Expand MDM framework to include other domains such as location and specialty data. • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between architecture, strategy, and operational requirements. • Leverage deep knowledge of healthcare data (physician credentialing, Epic data, provider information) to guide solution design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong focus on data architecture and MDM solutions. • Deep understanding of healthcare data models, including physician credentialing and provider data management. • Strong expertise with Epic data (provider/credentialing data in particular). • Hands-on experience designing frameworks and proof of concept solutions. • Strong knowledge of data governance, integration patterns, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.). • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
