🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or senior designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft and storytelling. • Deep expertise in presentation and content design, with proven ability to simplify complexity through visual clarity. • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design tools. • Proficiency in AI tools and workflows, integrating them thoughtfully into the creative process. • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to inspire and align distributed teams. • A collaborative, ego-free mindset that values feedback, empathy, and shared success. • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative integrity, precision, and team well-being. • Professional English proficiency, with clear and supportive communication skills.
