• 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales / business development • Minimum 5+ years selling content moderation, trust & safety, or related digital operations services in a BPO / outsourcing context • Deep understanding of social media, UGC platforms, e-commerce, online safety, and content compliance • Demonstrated success in acquiring large, complex deals in the North American market • Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in target sectors • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
