📋 Description

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials • Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions • Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals, and client discussions • Document requirements and participate in internal and external specification review meetings • Assist with client review meetings and update IRT specifications and supporting documents • Manage project schedules and scope and track internal and client tasks to meet milestones • Manage cross-functional project team schedules and task assignments • Assist with UAT planning, test script development, data setup coordination, and client UAT support • Provide protocol-specific client and support-team assistance after go-live • Ensure client satisfaction throughout project build and maintenance • Provide system training through in-person meetings, web meetings, and user manuals • Provide telephone and email support to global system users • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in life sciences or computer science preferred) • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Analytical thinking ability • Creative problem-solving ability • Attention to detail
