📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify and answer critical business questions and ensure teams are interpreting data correctly. • Own the full lifecycle of data analytics projects, from ideation and data exploration to insight generation and presentation. • Develop and champion core metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization. This includes prototyping and curating dashboards, queries, and metrics to improve Swan’s insights and products. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and business growth. • Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team. • Act as a strategic thought partner, using data to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy. • Proactively identify improvements and data-driven initiatives such as reporting automation, better tooling, and team trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment. • Expert in SQL with a solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL). • Proven track record of creating impactful data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or similar industry-standard platforms. • Prior experience working with data warehouses (Redshift), data transformation platforms (dbt), customer data platforms (Rudderstack, Segment). • Comfortable using AI to ideate, iterate, and troubleshoot work. • Eager to contribute to projects outside of the ordinary scope of a pure Data Analyst. • Deep knowledge of Bitcoin and a passion for its potential in transforming financial services.
