• Own end-to-end strategy, management, and performance of Google and Bing campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube where applicable). • Scale brand and non-brand programs efficiently while maintaining ROAS and CPA targets. • Develop, monitor, and optimize campaigns with precision — from keyword strategy and ad copy testing to bid management and budget pacing. • Partner with internal analytics and finance teams to forecast, measure, and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, Margin). • Identify and execute new growth opportunities, automation tactics, and beta tests. • Manage day-to-day performance dashboards and deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership. • Work cross-functionally with media, creative, and site teams to ensure alignment between traffic, conversion, and merchandising strategy. • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, pushing boundaries to find efficiencies and sustainable growth levers.
• 6 + years of hands-on paid search experience in eCommerce or performance media environments. • Proven track record of scaling brand and non-brand campaigns efficiently and profitably. • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, PMax, and feed management tools. • Experience managing $1M+ monthly budgets with measurable ROI impact. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and performance modeling. • Highly analytical mindset; obsessed with numbers, performance metrics, and optimization. • Strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations. • Experience working in-house for large brands or with major agencies — both are strong pluses. • Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for campaign optimization and efficiency a plus. • Self-starter with a bias for action, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
