📋 Description

• Central technical lead and main point of contact for a small, high-performing procurement team across multiple international locations • Develop and implement long-term, globally oriented procurement strategies to optimize costs and resources • Develop and implement effective material group strategies • Optimize the global supply chain with a focus on alternative raw materials and new sourcing channels • Establish and maintain a robust supplier network with a focus on the Asian market, including on-site supplier meetings • Actively shape and maintain a strong internal and external network

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education or training in the chemical or pharmaceutical field; an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) is an advantage • 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement, ideally in an industrial environment • Experience coordinating small teams and a hands-on, collaborative approach • Negotiation-level English (spoken and written) and very good German language skills • Structured, independent working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking • Strong analytical skills and organizational talent • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–50%)
