📋 Description

• Lead a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers, providing guidance and support. Act as a technical and managerial strategist for the team. • Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with the company’s goals to ensure efficient software delivery. • Oversee the optimization and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency. • Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues. • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products. • Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure, implementing solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. • Oversee incident management and troubleshooting, ensuring quick identification, resolution of system outages, and root cause analysis. • Ensure comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and procedures, while establishing and enforcing DevOps standards and guidelines across the team. • Manage relationships with third-party services and vendors, ensuring that external services and tools meet the company’s quality and performance standards. • Manage the budget for DevOps infrastructure and tools, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of team leadership experience, managing at least 5 DevOps Engineers and implementing team practices. • Experience in operational management, including the establishment of annual team goals and driving performance improvements. • Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure optimization, performance monitoring, and automation. • Understanding of security best practices in DevOps, along with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.
