📋 Description

• Own long-term product strategy across POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Delivery, BI/Analytics, hardware integrations, and compliance tools. • Lead and develop a dynamic, multinational Product organization: define vision, strategy, and operating cadence to achieve market leadership. • Be the primary liaison between business owners (C-suite, revenue teams) and Product/Engineering, translating outcomes into clear roadmaps. • Institutionalize product management excellence: frameworks, discovery practices, prioritization, roadmap governance, and release planning. • Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure product performance and guide investment decisions. • Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and go-to-market (GTM). • Represent Product externally with enterprise customers; lead executive reviews and key presentations. • Scale processes for a multi-product, multi-market environment (including regulated markets and multi-state compliance).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 8–10+ years in Product Management leading large-scale, high-growth product or platform portfolios (eCommerce/SaaS/tech). • 4+ years of direct people leadership (managing PMs/Group PMs). • Demonstrated success in B2B and/or SaaS environments. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management. • Deep expertise in product development processes and methodologies (discovery, delivery, experimentation, metrics). • Ownership and a can-do attitude with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities. • Proven experience collaborating with business owners or client-side C-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence and manage very senior stakeholders/clients. • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment. • Hands-on yet strategic: able to dive into details while setting clear strategy and seeing the big picture. • Self-driven, highly analytical, and self-reflective.
