📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs and design compelling technical solutions using Sweep. • Deliver customized demos and technical presentations aligned with customer use cases. • Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices. • Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and translate them into technical requirements. • Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and proof-of-concept engagements. • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops. • Stay up-to-date on Sweep’s roadmap, Salesforce updates, and broader RevOps tech stack trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role at a Salesforce SI (System Integrator) or ISV. • Extensive Salesforce knowledge and deep understanding of objects, workflows, reporting, automation, and integrations. • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Apex, or API integrations. • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred). • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex solutions. • Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM and RevOps processes. • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic sales environments.
