📋 Description

• Delivering low carbon heating and cooling energy infrastructure. • Involvement from early project development stage through to scheme close. • Robust management of health and safety to industry best practice. • Overall delivery of the project to its key metrics including programme, budget, and specification. • Report to Board on key performance measures. • Proactive management of all project risks. • Clear understanding and management of project critical path, and dependencies. • Leadership of the project team, and an advocate for personal skills development. • Cultivate supply chain (growing sector) and management of subcontractors. • Overseeing the maintenance of project records; ensuring a high standard of information.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years’ direct relevant experience in technical project delivery • Related Professional Qualification to min HND level; and preferably hold a project management qualification (e.g.: APM, Prince2, or PMI), and/or safety qualification e.g. Nebosh, IOSH, CSCS. • High interpersonal effectiveness (EQ): adept communication styles to influence a variety of audiences; and proficient at building relationships to support the business agenda • Enthusiastic, and motivated to achieve “firsts” and goes for something innovative, and not previously attempted even when working amidst uncertainty. • Takes ownership for issues and drives to completion. • High degree of IT dexterity, including Office, technical, commercial, and project applications.
