• The Director of Channel Sales will lead the development and execution of Sword’s channel sales strategy. • This director-level role is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. • The Director will oversee a team of channel sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and exceptional performance while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an elevated partner and buyer experience.
• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, employer sales, business development, or comparable roles, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing channel sales teams or partnerships. • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing talent and managing partner relationships. • Strong analytical abilities to dive into metrics, forecast sales, and optimize performance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging partners and senior stakeholders. • Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of documenting deals and managing CRM systems. • Familiarity with standard contract language and deal negotiation. • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or musculoskeletal care sales is a plus.
