📋 Description

• Help the GM handle the team through project management, operations enablement and development of key initiatives; • Be a thought partner and collaborate with the GM to define the goals and strategic initiatives to be launched; • Be responsible for supporting and improving the team's effectiveness through planning, prioritization, and driving executional follow-ups; • Create and manage the processes that will ensure the team’s efficiency and be a continuous improvement advocate and stakeholder; • Collaborate with functional areas (product, operations, legal, etc) to ensure alignment across the company; • Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and surface improvement opportunities; • Promote a metrics-driven culture, with the development of consistent approaches to setting performance targets, forecasting and ongoing performance improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in corporate strategy, start-up operations, and/or executive management experience; • Have top-notch project/process management skills; • Data Analytics: Previous experience directly manipulating spreadsheets, Looker or comparable data visualization tool; • Attention to detail with swift execution - be a strong problem solver with a data oriented approach; • Grittiness, creativity, strategic thinking and ability to operate with unknowns to get things done; • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take-aways and disseminate meaningful insights; • A proactive and independent work style; • Highly proficient in spoken and written English; • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
