📋 Description

• Execute data-driven projects supporting internal operations and commercial growth initiatives • Transform raw customer data into actionable insights • Support network optimization engagements and develop analytics tools for bids and supply chain performance • Apply mathematical modeling techniques including linear and mixed-integer programming, regression analysis, and systems of equations • Design, evaluate, and implement operations research solutions for network design, network optimization, distribution capacity projection, inventory planning, and demand forecasting • Process raw customer data for cost and pricing analytics, network optimization solutions, and competitive bids • Manage end-to-end network optimization projects, including facility location analysis, capacity planning, transportation flow optimization, and cost-to-serve modeling • Support strategic decisions regarding new sites, warehouse capacity expansion, and network infrastructure investments • Help transition Excel-based analytics and workflows into scalable software-platform applications • Guide requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery • Build and maintain customer-facing analytics dashboards • Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents to automate analytics and improve operational efficiency • Report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Design & Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience executing supply chain analytics projects, such as network optimization, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools • Experience with network optimization platforms such as Supply Chain Guru • Hands-on experience with Python • Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive task ownership • Up to 10% travel may be required • Valid driver's license • Ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations • Ability to own a credit card and manage expenses personally for bi-weekly reimbursement • Preferred: exposure to AI agent development, deployment, and evaluation • Preferred: experience with Agile/Sprint methodologies for project or product development • Preferred: exposure to warehouse automation and its impact on end-to-end supply chains • Preferred: strong Python coding skills and experience with Tableau or Power BI • Preferred: effective data storytelling skills
