• Apply Market/Financial Data category knowledge to shape business requirements for contracts and purchases. • Manage and coordinate contracting discussions, serving as liaison between Business Requester, Supplier, Office of General Counsel, Risk, and other stakeholders. • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms using category expertise to achieve beneficial results. • Navigate across SMEs and teams to gain cross-functional input and facilitate decisions. • Work effectively with leadership-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Procurement certification preferred. • 3–8 years of Procurement and/or Market Data experience. • Knowledge of Market Data category (minimum 1 year). • Strong background in sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes. • Understanding of supplier contracts and experience negotiating various templates. • Experience in large, complex organizations; global experience highly desirable. • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between legal, business, and other stakeholders. • Highly organized, able to manage multiple simultaneous contracting efforts. • Skilled in virtual teaming and hybrid work environments.
